Return & Refund Policy

At Whata Cleat, all services are custom, permanent modifications made to customer-supplied footwear. Because of the nature of our work, all sales are final.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

No Returns or Refunds

Whata Cleat does not offer returns or refunds.

Once your shoes are customized, they are permanently altered and cannot be returned to their original condition. For this reason:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued

  • No returns will be accepted

This applies to all Whata Cleat services, designs, and customizations without exception.

Customization Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Whata Cleat, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a customization service, not a resalable product

  • Your footwear will be permanently modified

  • Modified footwear cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Refunds are not possible onace customization begins

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • Your shoes have been received at our facility, or

  • Customization work has started

If you need to request a cancellation before shipping your shoes, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation approval is not guaranteed.

Incorrect Orders & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct service and design

  • Providing accurate order information

  • Ensuring shoes sent in are the correct pair

Whata Cleat is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect selections or customer-provided information.

Damaged or Defective Workmanship

If you believe there is an issue related to our workmanship (not normal wear, shipping damage, or shoe condition), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.


This does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Shipping Issues

  • Whata Cleat is not responsible for shoes lost or damaged during inbound shipping to our facility

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • Once your customized shoes are shipped back to you, carrier delays or damages are outside of our control
