Whata Cleat is a custom cleat modification service. We permanently add our proprietary cleat system to customer-supplied footwear, transforming your shoes into performance-ready cleats.

You are purchasing a custom service, not a mass-produced product.

How does the process work?

Here’s how the process works:

1. You purchase a customization service on our website

2. You ship your shoes to our warehouse

3. We permanently install the Whata Cleat system

4. We ship your customized cleats back to you

Once completed, your shoes are permanently modified.

Do I ship my shoes to you?

Yes. Customers are responsible for shipping their shoes to us.

You may use any shipping carrier you prefer.

Who pays for shipping?

Inbound shipping (to Whata Cleat): Paid by the customer

Return shipping (back to you): Determined based on your order and service selection

We strongly recommend using tracking and optional insurance when shipping your shoes to us.

How long does the process take?

Once your shoes are received at our facility:

Customization time: 10–15 business days

Return shipping time: 3–7 business days

Total estimated time (not including inbound shipping):
Approximately 13–22 business days

This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Can I send used shoes?

Yes. Used shoes are allowed as long as they are in good condition.

Shoes must be:

Structurally sound

Clean and dry

Free of major damage

Excessively worn or damaged shoes may not be eligible for customization.

Are the modifications permanent?

Yes. All Whata Cleat modifications are permanent.

Once our cleat system is installed:

The shoes cannot be restored to their original condition

The modification cannot be removed

The shoes cannot be returned or refunded

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final. As Whata Cleat provides custom, permanent modifications, we do not offer:

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once:

Your shoes have been received, or

Customization work has begun

If you need to request a cancellation before shipping your shoes, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed.

Will I receive a design proof before customization?

No. Whata Cleat does not provide design proofs.

Customization is completed based on:

The service purchased

The design or option selected at checkout

Please ensure your selections are correct before placing your order.

What if my shoes are lost or damaged during shipping?

Shipping to Whata Cleat (Inbound)

Whata Cleat is not responsible for shoes lost or damaged in transit to our facility

Customers ship at their own risk

We recommend tracking and optional insurance

Shipping Back to You (Outbound)

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged packages

Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery for lost shipments

What if there’s an issue with the customization?

If you believe there is an issue related to our workmanship (not wear, shoe condition, or shipping damage):

Include photos and your order number

Each case is reviewed individually. This does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or redo.

At this time, Whata Cleat ships within the United States only.
